Adverse Childhood Experiences Central Peninsula 
January 22, 2019

Instructor:  Linda Chamberlain

This course defines adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and explains how they affect children’s brains and behavior. Participants will learn about ACEs and how they affect Alaskan children.  Learners will identify how children's trauma shows up in the classroom and implement trauma-informed practices as an intervention for children with ACEs.

Breakfast snacks, lunch, and beverages will be provided at this meeting.
