The cornerstone of this movement from a district perspective is to provide the Professional Development that will allow the educators in KPBSD to grow their practice and acquire new knowledge, so we are faced with the need to provide Professional Development that helps teacher bridge the gap from current practice to personalization.  This course is to create and prepare for teaching practice that will encourage participants to dive into the realm of personalized learning and innovation through building a culture of creativity in their classrooms and schools.
